Assistant Boutique Manager

Summary

Represent A. Lange & Söhne as a brand ambassador and support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and overseeing daily boutique operations. Lead and develop the sales team while delivering elevated client experiences and building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve personal and boutique sales targets, analyze business opportunities, and develop action plans.
• Lead sales activities and support the implementation of commercial guidelines and client relationship initiatives.
• Act as manager on duty, support team training and onboarding, and identify development needs.
• Oversee boutique operations, stocktaking, quality control, reporting, maintenance, and compliance with brand policies.
• Ensure the team delivers the brand selling ceremony and provides an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of luxury retail management and boutique operations experience, including direct reports.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP experience preferred.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, holidays, store openings, and closings; willingness to travel locally and internationally as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds; a second language is a plus.
