Summary
The Customer Service Advisor leads the daily operations and administration of the service and repair workshop within the flagship boutique. The role coordinates among clients, watchmakers, boutique teams, and internal departments to support timely service and a luxury client experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate workshop operations, priorities, and communication between clients, watchmakers, boutique teams, and internal departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing service shipments, documentation, tracking, and dispatch.
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, and web inquiries, and follow up on service and repair matters.
- Maintain workshop organization, spare parts inventory, and compliance with inventory, audit, and brand standards.
- Track directives, deadlines, outstanding tasks, service lead times, and potential issues; escalate concerns as appropriate.
- Prepare weekly reports and provide administrative and operational support to retail leadership.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience; luxury, timepiece, or service administration experience preferred.
- Strong organization, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel; SAP experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
- Flexible to adapt to changing boutique schedules and responsibilities, and able to lift up to 40 pounds.
