Summary

The Seasonal Docent welcomes customers and creates personalized experiences that highlight products, services, and brand heritage. The role supports guests on the sales floor and in the Concierge Lounge, helping deliver an elevated luxury customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers and provide personalized experiences.
• Connect customers with teams and services throughout the store.
• Welcome and register guests in the Concierge Lounge, offer complimentary beverages, and manage coat check.
• Maintain an organized lounge and collaborate with sales associates and management.
• Adapt schedules and responsibilities to support peak hours, events, and VIP appointments.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual or multilingual ability is preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset and passion for client service, brand heritage, and luxury culture.
• Hospitality or related customer-facing experience and ability to resolve client concerns with limited supervision.
• Professional demeanor, flexibility, and ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
