Summary
Support the Boutique Director/Manager in daily management of the sales team and boutique operations to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, minimize stock losses, and develop clientele in line with brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist with opening and closing the boutique and ensure security procedures are followed
- Coach, train, schedule, and develop sales associates to meet sales goals
- Monitor and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily
- Participate in merchandise displays, presentations, and pricing to maximize sales
- Coordinate and participate in inventory counts and manage transfers and returns
- Facilitate communication between management and associates and lead store meetings
- Assist in clientele development and coordination of sales promotions and events
- Oversee compliance with company policies, cash handling, and record keeping
- Resolve operational issues to maintain service, efficiency, and productivity
Requirements
- At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably with at least 1 year of management in luxury products
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry and fashion sensitivity
- Demonstrated initiative, commercial creativity, and clienteling skills
- Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to remain on the selling floor for extended periods
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Experience operating POS systems, PC, phone systems, and store equipment
