Job Description

Summary

As an Assistant Brand Manager at Chanel in Toronto, you will collaborate closely with Brand Managers to execute marketing plans for Chanel Fragrance and Beauty. Your role will involve coordinating promotional materials, developing marketing guidelines, and liaising with the sales force, along with conducting business analyses for the marketing department.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the production of promotional materials, ensuring timely and quality execution within budget.
  • Source and work with suppliers to secure best costs for materials.
  • Participate in the preparation and presentation of seasonal key meetings and assist in developing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ensure the completion of marketing tools for each campaign.
  • Assist in forecasting collateral materials and monitor replenishing orders for non-saleable elements.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and participate in competitive reviews and market studies.
  • Liaise with the merchandising POS team for campaign implementation and collaborate on in-store events.
  • Prepare communication on marketing programs and ensure flawless execution of campaign guidelines.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business and/or Marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player.
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
