Assistant Gallery Leader

Summary

The Assistant Gallery Leader leads cross-functional teams and supports all aspects of gallery operations. The role creates a luxury experience for associates and customers while setting strategy and ensuring high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with polished communication, appearance, and professionalism.
• Coach, lead, and develop teams while creating a positive and dynamic environment.
• Attract talent and support the leadership team with new initiatives and training.
• Respond to complex priorities, embrace change, and lead by example to inspire gallery associates.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Interior design experience preferred.
• Strong organization, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others, focus on quality and detail, and deliver results.
• Proficiency with current technology, including iPads, Mac, and PC.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 pounds and perform prolonged standing and other physical activities.
