Senior Leader, Home Delivery

Summary

Lead warehouse and home delivery operations, ensuring an elevated customer experience and operational excellence. Oversee teams, workflows, financial performance, and delivery partners while driving continuous improvement and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, mentor, and develop direct reports while overseeing daily workflows and deliverables.
• Manage profit and loss accountability, analysis, and reporting.
• Align the home delivery experience with the luxury service provided in RH Galleries.
• Monitor delivery vendors against cost, service, and quality metrics.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions to improve compliance and resolve escalated customer issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in furniture home delivery, warehouse operations, or a similar field, including leading third-party carriers.
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, and managing employee performance.
• Knowledge of profit and loss, profit margins, accounting, and related business processes.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Computer literacy, including daily use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to visit clients in the assigned territory, lift at least 50 pounds, and pass background, motor vehicle record, and drug screenings.
