Job Description

Summary

The Assistant, High Jewelry supports the High Jewelry business through exceptional product presentation, visual merchandising execution, and operational support on the sales floor. This role helps maintain elevated displays, supports product movement and client appointments, and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and storytelling for high jewelry pieces. The position requires meticulous attention to detail and a passion for luxury presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily set-up and break-down of High Jewelry product in display cases with precision and care
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure case standards and floor readiness are maintained
  • Partner with Creative Visual Merchandising and Merchandising teams to support elevated displays and product rotations
  • Support client appointments by preparing, presenting, and retrieving product to ensure a seamless experience
  • Assist with product transfers, inventory flow, and operational tasks tied to product handling
  • Build and maintain working knowledge of Cegid POS functions and create accurate PDFs and invoices
  • Share product storytelling and visual inspiration with the High Jewelry team to drive engagement

Requirements

  • Strong eye for luxury presentation and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse internal teams and support client interactions
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a professional demeanor
  • Proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented approach to tasks
  • Passion for high jewelry, craftsmanship, and elevated client experiences
