Assistant, Made To Measure Purple Label

Summary

Supports the Made to Measure business by coordinating operational processes and development cycles for Purple Label and Polo orders. Partners across design, fabric, merchandising, sourcing, IT, and systems teams to deliver a seamless premium client experience.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, update, and finalize purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, delivery dates, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with design teams on store assets and collaborate with the Italy sourcing office to track production, deadlines, and quality.
• Analyze fabric swatch performance and identify assortment opportunities to support seasonal planning.
• Maintain accurate product data across Airtable, SAP, GFE, and PLM systems.
• Coordinate seasonal development timelines, new book launches, and technical specification updates.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and process improvement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel; knowledge of SAP, Airtable, or PLM systems is preferred.
• Understanding of product development, manufacturing, or luxury retail operations is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
