Product Management Assistant, RRL

Summary

Support the RRL teams through the product development and production lifecycle. Coordinate with Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, and Regional Sourcing Offices to help meet seasonal milestones and delivery dates.

Responsibilities

• Track materials, product development, production milestones, deliveries, and seasonal costing information.
• Coordinate approvals for fabrics, trims, samples, and bulk submissions, and maintain records for incoming and outgoing samples.
• Maintain accurate delivery, costing, product, and purchase order information in applicable systems.
• Participate in work-in-progress meetings, manage sample shipments, escalate delays or concerns, and provide general team support.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required; PLM, GFE+, and Airtable experience preferred.
• Experience or internship exposure in product development, production, materials, or a related field preferred.
