Summary

The Assistant Fulfillment Manager supports store operations by leading fulfillment practices, driving efficiencies, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through collaboration with merchandising and store teams. This role focuses on continuous improvement, using systems and tools to manage playbooks and support financial and productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist and lead best practices around the use of systems and tools to manage playbooks
• Drive efficiencies and support sales through operational improvements
• Develop relationships with merchandising and store teams to integrate change
• Identify issues and opportunities to create competitive advantage
• Assist with financial aspects and budgets to improve store efficiency
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner with team members to deliver the desired customer experience
