Assistant Manager Product - Neiman Marcus

As an Assistant Manager Product at Neiman Marcus San Francisco, you will serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering extraordinary experiences for both the internal team and clients. You will play a vital role in driving the business of your respective product categories, coaching and managing a diverse sales team, and working closely with the Boutique Director to impart critical business knowledge.

• Coach and inspire the team to deliver an elevated client experience on the selling floor.
• Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
• Provide initial and ongoing training and development for all team members, including product details and service delivery.
• Drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and partnership with the Home Office buying team.
• Represent CHANEL in the market, developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local businesses.

• Minimum 3 years of related retail sales and leadership experience, preferably in Ready-to-Wear, Accessories, and Shoes.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for client experience.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
