Summary

The Assistant Manager, Sales supports the Sales Manager by supervising and guiding associates to achieve luxury sales and service standards. This role leads on-floor service, team development, and sales performance in the beauty department.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the sales floor and coach associates to meet service and sales targets.
• Resolve customer concerns and recommend ways to improve sales and service.
• Support associate training, recruitment, work assignments, and performance feedback.
• Help associates develop client relationships and maintain merchandise presentation standards.
• Monitor inventory performance, customer trends, and department operations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience with sales and service accountability.
• Proven record of exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Luxury retail selling experience preferred.
• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to change.
