As an Assistant Manager at our Specialty Coffee location in The Mall at Green Hills, you will play a crucial role in leading and teaching a team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for supporting the success of the unit by ensuring customer satisfaction, adhering to company procedures, and maintaining productivity and cost efficiency.

• Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program to understand all aspects of running a successful unit.
• Hire, train, manage, and motivate a team to consistently provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain high productivity levels while controlling costs.

• 2+ years of coffee bar management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with basic accounting skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Career ambitions in the fast-paced food and beverage industry.
• Possession of a food handler’s card as required by local and state regulations.
