Assistant Manager - Visual Merchandising - Aventura

Summary

The Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager partners with the Visual Merchandising Manager to coach and develop in store visual teams, ensure visual merchandising consistency, and support company sales goals through fashion relevant styling and execution of visual programs.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop in store visual merchandising employees and provide feedback to the Visual Merchandising Manager
• Ensure understanding and execution of visual merchandising directives across departments
• Support merchandising, signing, and implementation of visual direction customized to the store
• Execute in store lighting program including installation adjustment and removal
• Maintain visual safety programs and shop organization
• Stay current on visual merchandising strategies and fashion trends to drive sales
• Develop productive relationships with store and regional leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in visual merchandising
• Proven success in current or prior role with a record of driving results
• Strong organizational delegation and follow through skills
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with store and regional managers
• Future visual leader experience preferred
