Responsibilities- Support and develop brand merchandising product and assortment strategies from category strategy and line plan creation to design and SKU planning through store execution.
- Prepare, document, and maintain merchandising cycle milestone meetings with accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Manage the integrity of all merchandising systems and analytics through system creation, attribution, and accuracy.
- Analyze and share weekly sales recaps, identifying key takeaways and learnings to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct focused analysis on sell-out and productivity to influence in-season SKU plans.
- Track and present competitive and trend-relevant information.
- Coordinate and facilitate the sample process with operations associates, ensuring go-to-market readiness and timely delivery.
- Attend design meetings and present category assortments in milestone meetings as directed by the manager.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment promoting teamwork.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
