Assistant Operations Manager - Maison Madison Flagship

As an Assistant Operations Manager at Maison Madison Flagship, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting operational functions in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment. You will ensure compliance with company policies, manage cash operations, and support the sales team to enhance the client experience.

• Oversee and validate cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct daily audits of transactions and manage training for Sales Specialists on POS standards.
• Partner with Finance corporate teams on POS issues and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Communicate CRM standards and support client development initiatives.
• Support additional operational functions and projects as needed.

• 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills and POS knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
