- Oversee RTV management, chargeback processes, and product listing maintenance across multiple platforms.
- Control merchandising and sales growth both in-store and online, creating seasonal assortments and implementing strategic product assortments.
- Proactively generate sales growth by identifying opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue.
- Lead coordination efforts with marketing, supply, VM, and training departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to assess product performance and propose adjustments to management.
- Monitor POS operating policies and ensure compliance with company and group policies.
- Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing day-to-day functions with long-term objectives.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury or fashion.
- Familiarity with department store processes and financial metrics.
- Expertise in Excel and SAP.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel extensively, up to 25% of the time.
- Adaptability to sudden shifts in demand and operational challenges.
