Store Manager

Overview

• Lead and manage the appointment-based made-to-measure and bespoke business operations.
  
• Supervise and support a team of 2 full-time sellers, 3 fitters, and administrative staff.
  
• Work closely with the owner to achieve business goals and maintain high standards of service.
  
• Ensure exceptional client experiences from measurement to final fitting.
  
• Assist sellers in achieving sales targets and providing personalized customer service.
  
• Drive clienteling activities to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in measuring and fitting men's suits.
  
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  
• Experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  
• Knowledge of custom tailoring and bespoke garment processes is preferred.
