- Escalate complaints to the Personal Shopping Assistant Manager.
- Support Personal Shoppers in closing sales and creating dedicated emails for customers.
- Outline service benefits to unengaged customers and ensure follow-up communication.
- Create customer profiles to offer the right product.
- Conduct ad-hoc stock searches and check stock levels of key products.
- Assist with stock requests for internal and external customer appointments.
- Organize and check stock for consignment deliveries to key customers.
- Assist with event setup, participation, and takedown.
- Process orders, pre-orders, and reservations of products as needed.
- Maintain customer list administration.
Requirements- Previous experience in a luxury sales and customer-facing environment is preferable.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexible, positive, and a keen team player.
- Strong interest in fashion.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
- Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Understanding of brand and proficiency in In-design.
