Assistant Personal Shopper

As an Assistant Personal Shopper at NET-A-PORTER in New York, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Personal Shopping team by resolving order issues, managing administration tasks, and assisting with customer engagement. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience for our clients.

• Resolve daily order issues, returns, and stock discrepancies.
• Liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and follow up until completion.
• Manage administration for designated Personal Shoppers.
• Escalate complaints to the Personal Shopping Assistant Manager.
• Support Personal Shoppers in closing sales and creating dedicated emails for customers.
• Outline service benefits to unengaged customers and ensure follow-up communication.
• Create customer profiles to offer the right product.
• Conduct ad-hoc stock searches and check stock levels of key products.
• Assist with stock requests for internal and external customer appointments.
• Organize and check stock for consignment deliveries to key customers.
• Assist with event setup, participation, and takedown.
• Process orders, pre-orders, and reservations of products as needed.
• Maintain customer list administration.

• Previous experience in a luxury sales and customer-facing environment is preferable.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexible, positive, and a keen team player.
• Strong interest in fashion.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
• Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Understanding of brand and proficiency in In-design.
• Ability to build positive and influential internal relationships with other teams.
