Assistant Personal Shopper

As an Assistant Personal Shopper at NET-A-PORTER, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Personal Shopping team in New York. You will assist in resolving order issues, managing administration tasks, and supporting sales efforts to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Resolve daily order issues, returns, and stock discrepancies.
• Liaise with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.
• Manage administration for designated Personal Shoppers.
• Escalate complaints to the Personal Shopping Assistant Manager.
• Support Personal Shoppers in closing sales and creating customer emails.
• Outline service benefits to unengaged customers and ensure follow-up.
• Create customer profiles to offer the right product.
• Conduct ad-hoc stock searches and check stock levels.
• Assist with stock requests and consignment deliveries.
• Organize and check stock for consignment deliveries.
• Assist with event setup, participation, and takedown.
• Process orders, pre-orders, and reservations as needed.
• Maintain customer list administration.

• Previous experience in luxury sales and customer-facing environments preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Flexible, positive, and a keen team player.
• Strong interest in fashion.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
• Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Understanding of brand and proficiency in In-design.
• Ability to build positive internal relationships for issue resolution.
