Job Description

Summary

The Assistant Personal Shopping provides administrative and client support to the Personal Shopper, managing appointments, correspondence, client profiles, and preparation of materials and merchandise for client appointments while maintaining service and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and maintain the Personal Shopper calendar and appointments
  • Manage correspondence and draft client communications and invitations
  • Communicate on behalf of the Personal Shopper via phone and email and ensure timely follow up
  • Maintain and update client profiles and track client data for accuracy
  • Prepare and coordinate merchandise and materials for client appointments
  • Coordinate alterations, product transfers, holds, and related services
  • Maintain merchandising standards in Personal Shopping suites and on the selling floor
  • Ensure suites meet store readiness and housekeeping requirements
  • Comply with privacy, health and safety, and cyber security policies

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet
  • Fully bilingual in French and English
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage confidential client information
