Summary

The Assistant Store Director leads the Department Manager and store sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs while promoting brand engagement and an elevated customer experience. This role supports the Store Director in managing floor coverage, visual merchandising, customer service and store operations, and serves as the store training ambassador. The Assistant Store Director drives staff development through coaching to ensure quantitative and qualitative goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Department Manager and sales team to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs
• Define targeted quantitative and qualitative objectives and ensure achievement
• Assist the Store Director with floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, customer service and operational functions
• Act as the training ambassador for staff development and training needs
• Build and maintain a network of local and international contacts to promote customer loyalty

Requirements

• Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail
• 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
• Excellent time management skills
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
