Responsibilities
- Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to store targets through fine and high jewelry sales.
- Build a private client book through outreach, referrals, appointments, and ongoing clienteling.
- Lead private appointments, bespoke and engagement consultations, and high-value presentations, communicating the design, materials, stones, and craftsmanship behind each piece.
- Partner with the Store Director on floor leadership; serve as manager on duty when needed and coach the team on selling, product knowledge, and client relationships.
- Help plan and host client events, and share client feedback and selling insights with the founders.
- Support store opening activities, including setup, systems, and operating procedures.
- Open and close the store as a keyholder; maintain security, inventory controls, client records, sales reporting, and visual presentation standards.
- Help recruit, onboard, and develop team members as the business grows.

- Proven high-value sales performance and an established client network.
- Experience in store leadership or a senior selling role with keyholder and supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of diamonds, colored stones, and precious metals; formal gemological training is a plus.
- Proficiency with clienteling tools and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work hands-on in a small, founder-led team and adapt as store practices take shape; store opening or early-stage brand experience is a plus.
- Polished communication, sound judgment with high jewelry clients, and an interest in design and culture.
- Availability to work on-site in New York City, including weekends, holidays, and client events.
