Assistant Store Director

Summary

The Assistant Store Director will support the Store Director in leading the store team to achieve sales targets and KPI goals while promoting brand engagement and exceptional customer service. This role involves coaching and developing staff, overseeing floor operations, and driving visual merchandising and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Department Manager and sales team to meet quantitative and qualitative objectives
• Define target goals and monitor performance to ensure achievement of KPIs
• Assist the Store Director with floor coverage, sales initiatives, visual merchandising, and customer service
• Act as the training ambassador and ensure ongoing professional development of staff
• Build and maintain a network of local and international contacts to foster customer loyalty

Requirements

• Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales
• 2 to 4 years of successful managerial retail experience
• Excellent time management and coaching skills
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
