Job Description

Summary

As an Assistant Store Leader at our Charleston location, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the store team to uphold visual brand standards and manage inventory and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities
  • Use product knowledge to confirm all shipments are imported/exported accurately.
  • Consistently maintain visual brand standards at all times.
  • Handle all premise maintenance, shoplifting prevention, and supply chain circumstances.
  • Ensure every customer receives excellent customer service.
  • Oversee inventory, shipping, receiving, and all back of house performances.
  • Tend to all supply orders while maintaining in line with brand budget.
  • Enjoy the sun (as always)!
Requirements
  • Understanding of formulas and shipping platforms.
  • Prior experience in operations or back of house industry.
  • Ability to lift and carry multiple objects at a time.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • BS degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration preferred.
