Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of fashion trends with a keen interest in eyewear
• 3+ years experience in flagship level retail sales, clienteling, hospitality, and store management
• Proven experience driving results through CRM and store events
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive results through KPIs
• Proven success training, coaching, and developing team performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication; self sufficient and flexible
