Assistant Store Manager - Bal Harbour

Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager at the Bal Harbour boutique, driving sales performance, client relationships, and daily store operations. The ASM will coach and develop the retail team, assist in inventory and after-sales processes, and uphold the highest standards of luxury service. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering luxury selling standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop store team members, create career development plans, and participate in recruitment activities.
• Manage store operations including inventory control, cycle counts, stock consolidations, opening/closing procedures, and after-sales processes (alterations and repairs).
• Oversee store facilities, report maintenance issues, control store expenses, and ensure compliance with internal procedures, labor laws, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and client service skills.
• Ability to travel, work weekends, and lift or move up to 40 pounds.
