Assistant Store Manager - Easton Town Center

Summary

As Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager for the new Easton Town Center location in Columbus, OH, working to achieve sales and service targets, develop the store team, and maintain high operational standards. You will help implement visual merchandising and service best practices while identifying opportunities to improve store performance and the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a professional store team to meet company goals
• Collaborate with training and support departments to develop and maintain a high-performing team
• Establish and track weekly and monthly objectives for the team
• Ensure employees present professionally and deliver excellent customer service and clienteling
• Maintain attractive merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements

• Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
