Sales Supervisor - Easton Town Center

Summary

The Sales Supervisor will support the management team in leading and developing a professional store team for the new Easton Town Center store. This role focuses on driving sales through clienteling and product education while maintaining visual merchandising standards. You will collaborate with training, HR, and store support departments to meet store metrics and improve individual performance.

Responsibilities

• Support management to lead, coach, and develop store team members to achieve sales goals
• Collaborate with training teams to establish and maintain a gold-standard sales approach
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed according to visual guidelines
• Coordinate with store support departments and align with HR on policies and development planning
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
