Assistant Store Manager

Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, drive sales performance, and enhance client relationships at the Dallas boutique. The role partners with the Store Manager to lead the team, manage inventory and operational processes, and deliver an elevated luxury customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations, team leadership, and performance management.
• Drive sales growth and clienteling initiatives, including VIC management and luxury service standards.
• Oversee inventory control, cycle counts, stock consolidations, and after-sales processes such as alterations and repairs.
• Manage administrative duties including scheduling, expense control, facilities reporting, and enforcement of operational procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Strong leadership, coaching, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop staff.
• Ability to work weekends, travel as needed, and lift or move up to 40 pounds.
