Assistant Store Manager - Northpark Center

Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports store operations and the Store Manager while driving customer satisfaction, sales, productivity, and profitability. This role helps lead the store team and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies and initiatives to achieve business goals and monitor sales floor coverage.
• Supervise daily goals and tasks, and train and develop Client Advisors, Cashiers, and Support Staff.
• Manage store operations, manuals, logs, sales audits, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist with sales, shrink, controllable expenses, payroll, recruiting, and personnel development.
• Plan and execute visual presentation strategies and identify future opportunities and risks.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of luxury retail management experience.
• Strong knowledge of the luxury industry.
• Responsibility, ownership, and a team-oriented approach.
• Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
