Assistant Store Manager - Madison Avenue

As an Assistant Store Manager at Berluti's Madison Avenue location, you will play a crucial role in managing sales, operations, and the store team to ensure an exceptional customer experience and optimal performance. You will report directly to the Madison Store Director and act as an Ambassador of the Maison, embodying its values and spirit.

• Assist the Store Director in leading and developing the store business and building relationships with stakeholders.
• Optimize sales to meet or exceed store objectives by monitoring KPIs and maximizing product category potential.
• Promote customer loyalty and ensure excellent customer service.
• Provide business reports to the New York office.
• Create a supportive and inclusive working environment, empowering the team and encouraging innovative solutions.
• Demonstrate sales leadership and ensure team development and training.
• Control inventory losses, support audits, and monitor controllable expenses.
• Ensure store image and product care comply with the Maison's guidelines.

• Passionate about luxury and retail with solid knowledge of products and sales techniques.
• Extensive sales experience in the fashion and luxury goods sector.
• Exceptional sense of service and ability to take the initiative.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Talent for management, coaching, and team development.
• Computer literate and proficiency in at least 2 languages is highly considered.
