Assistant Store Manager - National Harbor

As an Assistant Store Manager at National Harbor, you will support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store, including team management, merchandise handling, and achieving sales results. You will lead by example, ensuring positive and inclusive client experiences that contribute to the store's commercial success.

• Demonstrate leadership by actively participating on the selling floor.

• 5+ years of retail experience.
• Previous experience managing others in a customer service environment.
• Proven ability to motivate, develop, and coach team members.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze retail KPIs and on-floor behaviors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
