Responsibilities- Empower and support the team to meet individual and store objectives.
- Support in-store training and onboarding of new hires.
- Assume the role of Store Manager in their absence.
- Supervise store personnel and implement company policies.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talents in collaboration with store leadership.
- Lead and empower the team to drive business and champion collaboration.
- Assess and lead performance of team associates.
- Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership.
- Ensure policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines are implemented.
- Build and maintain client books and meet sales objectives.
- Handle quality of customer service to meet expectations.
- Develop improvement plans for Mystery Shopper Results.
- Implement CRM tools and develop dedicated clients.
- Be aware of market trends and provide feedback to Store Manager.
- Support in building long-term client relationships.
- Establish a client-centric mentality in store.
- Partner with store leadership on corporate strategy and business operations.
- Cultivate action plans to boost business and increase product performance.
- Work with Visual Merchandising Ambassador to ensure consistency with standards.
- Ensure merchandise is accurately handled, displayed, stored, and maintained.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within standards.
- Ensure opening/closing counting duties are completed.
- Ensure accurate procedures for cash, credit card, and check processing.
- Ensure petty cash is in accordance with company policy.
- Support in ensuring top store standards are met.
- Deliver morning briefs.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of luxury experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience a plus.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
- Proactive interpersonal abilities and effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS system and inventory management functions.
- RTW experience preferred.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Aptitude to work in a team environment.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 10lbs.
- Organizational and strong digital literacy required.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
