Assistant Store Manager - San Marcos Premium Outlet

As an Assistant Store Manager at the San Marcos Premium Outlet, you will support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store, including team management, merchandise handling, and achieving sales results. You will lead by example, ensuring positive and inclusive client experiences that contribute to the store's commercial success.

• Demonstrate leadership by actively participating on the selling floor.
• Support the sales process and assist in resolving customer issues.
• Model and uphold company and store standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained.
• Provide guidance and feedback to sales and support teams.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.
• Manage day-to-day store operations to meet performance indicators.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and implement initiatives to reduce shrink rates.

• 5+ years of retail experience.
• Previous experience managing others in a customer service environment.
• Proven ability to motivate, develop, and coach team members.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze retail KPIs and behaviors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
