Assistant Store Manager

Summary

Support the Store Manager to achieve sales and service targets while maintaining high standards of store operations and presentation. Lead and develop the store team, establish objectives, and deliver exceptional customer service. Collaborate with training, HR, and store support departments to drive team performance and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing a professional store team to meet company goals.
• Collaborate with training teams to develop and maintain a gold-standard team.
• Establish and monitor weekly and monthly objectives for the team.
• Ensure all employees present professionally and deliver high levels of customer service and clienteling.
• Maintain attractive merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines.
• Work with store support departments and HR on policies, procedures, and development planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
