Assistant Store Manager

Summary

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in driving sales and service targets while maintaining operational standards. You will lead and develop a professional store team, identify areas for improvement, and help deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, coaching ability, and a focus on store presentation and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to achieve company goals and individual objectives
• Collaborate with training teams to develop and maintain a gold-standard team
• Set and monitor weekly and monthly objectives for the team
• Ensure employees present professionally and deliver the highest level of customer service
• Maintain attractive merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines
• Work with store support departments to utilize company resources effectively
• Coordinate with Human Resources on policies, procedures, and development planning
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements

• Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
