The Style Advisor is a front-line retail sales role focused on delivering personalized styling and building client relationships. The role requires enthusiasm for fashion, strong communication, and an entrepreneurial approach to advising customers on fit, construction, and style.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-layered training to develop expertise and align with brand standards
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and styling of ready-to-wear and custom products
• Practice professional salesmanship to meet personal and store sales metrics
• Build client loyalty through personalized service and the brands client program
• Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and store standards are maintained

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
