Assistant Store Manager

Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in achieving sales and service targets while improving store operations. This role helps develop a professional team and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the store team to achieve company goals and individual objectives.
• Set weekly and monthly team objectives and collaborate with training teams.
• Promote excellent customer service and ensure employees represent the company professionally.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays in accordance with visual guidelines.
• Partner with store support departments and Human Resources on resources, policies, and team development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
