Summary

As Assistant Store Manager for the new Westfield Topanga opening, you will support the Store Manager in achieving sales and service targets and help build a high-performing store team. You will contribute to store operations, visual standards, and the customer experience while coaching and developing staff. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager to lead and develop a professional store team to achieve sales and service goals
• Collaborate with training teams to develop a gold-standard team and set weekly/monthly objectives
• Ensure employees present professionally and deliver exceptional customer service and clienteling
• Maintain attractive merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines and coordinate with store support departments
• Align with Human Resources on policies, procedures and development planning; perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, or service
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and motivate a team
