The Assistant Gallery Leader guides cross-functional teams and supports gallery operations. This role helps deliver a luxury experience, set business priorities, and ensure high-quality execution.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Interior design experience preferred.
• Strong organization, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire others, maintain attention to detail, and use current technology.
• Ability to lift items up to 25 pounds and perform prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing.
