• Support the sales process by ensuring luxury service and handling critical situations professionally.
• Develop strong relationships with top clients and manage VIC initiatives.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to foster professional growth.
• Create career development plans and identify growth opportunities for team members.
• Participate in recruiting new team members and lead team meetings.
• Enhance understanding of operational procedures including inventory management and scheduling.
• Manage operational procedures such as cycle counts and fiscal inventory.
• Oversee After Sales processes including alterations and repairs.
• Report store facilities and maintenance issues to ensure safety and functionality.
• Manage store expenses related to profit and loss, optimizing expenditure within budget.
• Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations.

• 3+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and digital tools.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to travel and work weekends.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
