- Conduct audits to ensure associate accuracy.
- Communicate daily with the operations manager.
- Conduct training for newly hired associates.
Requirements- High School diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in a logistics/distribution environment.
- Experience operating power equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested by management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Professional interaction with both corporate and non-corporate personnel.
- Flexibility and ability to adjust to shifting priorities based on business needs.
- Excellent math aptitude and numerical recognition.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience within a distribution/logistics environment preferred.
