Summary

Support a top seller with the selling process and provide outstanding customer service. Help maintain the department and contribute to team goals.

Responsibilities

• Support the salesperson throughout the selling process and prepare fitting rooms with selected merchandise.
• Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers and support team goals.
• Complete department maintenance, including stock work, re-merchandising, displays, markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Strong organizational, follow-through, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer concerns proactively, prioritize multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
