Associate Director, Product - South Coast Plaza

Summary

The Associate Director, Product is a brand ambassador and business leader responsible for driving assigned product categories and delivering extraordinary client experiences. The role coaches and manages salespeople while partnering with the Boutique Director and Home Office buying team to support business performance.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire the team on the selling floor to deliver an elevated client experience.
• Foster a positive, inclusive working environment centered on feedback, respect, and teamwork.
• Provide ongoing training on CHANEL savoir faire, product details, and service delivery.
• Lead assigned product categories, including analysis, reporting, assortment planning, and partnership with the Home Office buying team.
• Use performance indicators and lessons learned to continuously improve category results.
• Develop the client base through community involvement, local partnerships, and events.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
