Summary
Lead and execute high-impact public relations and communications strategy to elevate the brand as a premier American luxury jewelry house. Oversee earned media, manage internal and external PR teams and agencies, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive brand storytelling, cultural relevance, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive earned media strategy across channels and platforms.
- Oversee day-to-day press outreach and media relations to secure high-quality placements.
- Manage and mentor internal PR team and external PR agencies to align with brand objectives.
- Drive strategic storytelling moments that reinforce brand equity and cultural relevance.
- Lead PR initiatives supporting 360 marketing activations and collaborate with channel partners.
- Build relationships with media, social, events, marketing strategy, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Track earned media value and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure PR efforts reflect the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and New York origins.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 6 years minimum experience in public relations and communications within luxury or fashion.
- Proven success securing top-tier press coverage and managing high-profile relationships.
- Expertise in earned media ecosystem, influencer marketing, and celebrity relations.
- Experience leading and mentoring PR teams and managing agencies.
- Proficiency with media and social analytics tools and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics.
