Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive PR and influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, securing positive coverage across relevant publications and platforms.
- Identify, vet, and manage relationships with key influencers to amplify brand messaging and reach target audiences.
- Oversee the creation of compelling press releases, media kits, blog posts, and other content to support PR and influencer initiatives.
- Plan and execute press conferences, media events, and influencer activations to generate buzz and drive engagement.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect the company's reputation in times of need.
- Track and analyze the performance of PR and influencer campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future efforts.
- Manage the PR and influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Lead and mentor a team of PR and influencer marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in PR and influencer marketing.
Requirements- 8+ years of experience in public relations and/or influencer marketing, with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR and influencer campaigns.
- Strong media relations skills and established relationships with key media contacts in the US.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media marketing and analytics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in Beauty / Luxury environments preferred.
