Associate Gallery Leader - Fashion Island

Summary

The Associate Gallery Leader is a leadership role responsible for delivering a luxury customer and associate experience through coaching, team development and execution of gallery strategy. This leader supports cross functional teams, removes obstacles for associates and promotes the RH design aesthetic while driving results and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first class service and represent the brand through polished communication and presentation
• Coach, lead and develop teams to create a positive and dynamic work environment
• Drive results through engagement, empowerment and accountability
• Attract talent and support hiring at all levels for the gallery
• Educate teams on product assortment and the RH point of view
• Respond to complex priorities and partner with People Team on HR concerns
• Embrace change and execute strategy with a positive attitude
• Support cross functional strategy and execution for gallery operations

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high end furniture design showrooms or luxury retail
• Superior organization and leadership skills
• Exceptional analytical problem solving and decision making skills
• Proven ability to motivate influence and inspire others
• Commitment to quality with strong attention to detail
• Strategic and mental agility with a results driven mindset
• Proficiency with Mac OS Microsoft Office and Google Applications
