Associate Gallery Leader - Greenwich

Summary

Lead the gallery team to deliver a luxury customer experience and drive business results. This role requires strong leadership, a passion for high-end design, and the ability to coach, develop, and empower Associates while managing day-to-day gallery operations. The Associate Gallery Leader partners with People/HR and cross-functional teams to resolve priorities and ensure execution of store strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop gallery teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals
• Represent the brand through polished communication, appearance and professionalism
• Educate staff on product assortment and the company design point of view
• Drive results through team engagement, accountability and operational execution
• Recruit and attract talent across all levels and support staffing needs
• Partner with People/HR to address employee relations and complex priorities

Requirements

• 7+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
• Superior organization, leadership and people management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire teams
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail and strategic agility
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs and perform prolonged standing and physical activity on the gallery floor
